Situation
Cox Automotive needed a series of templates and pages created to enable their Inventory Management Solution team to build a hub in SharePoint Online.
Solution
ThreeWill assisted Cox Automotive by creating Capability, Delivery Stream, Release Train and Team Page Templates, along with supporting pages, for Inventory Management Solutions using SharePoint Online.
ThreeWill:
- Designed a future state Information Architecture: Included a Home Page for the Portfolio Site and Hub Navigation
- Built the Capability, Delivery Stream, Release Train and Team templates and pages
- Collaborated with Cox Auto representatives, the Product Operations Team, and Scrum Masters to review and update the Team pages
- Built out templates to aid end-users with publishing new pages from templates, and news articles.
