Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Opportunity Lifecycle Management
- Ability to drive conversations from a business perspective and understand the questions to ask clients to discover new opportunities within new and existing accounts that may need ThreeWill Services
- Coordinates and owns the interactions with the client throughout the lifecycle of the opportunity to bring in the right people at the right time that drive quick and effective closure of client opportunities
- Facilitate and manage all stages of the sales cycle with Practice Owners and company leadership
- Efficiently and effectively transition opportunities to practice management to ensure successful project initiation and delivery
Service Offerings
- Analyze client markets and collaborate with Practice Owners to recommend changes or additions to Practice-based services
- Works with Practice Owners and their teams to identify or customize service offerings to meet client needs
- Able to identify customer issues/challenges/opportunities and works with Practice Owners to map to service offerings so Practice Owners and their teams can develop and deliver solution and service presentations to clients
Proposals, Statements of Work and Change Orders
- Works with Practice Owners and senior leadership to develop business proposals and quotes (SOW’s) for clients
- Negotiate business contract terms and conditions with clients
Account Development
- Responsible for lead generation across Practices within assigned Accounts
- Responsible for driving additional business inside existing accounts by cultivating and expanding client relationships
- Can communicate the value proposition of ThreeWill to current and future assigned Accounts and Partners
- Achieve or exceed sales goals for assigned accounts.
- Represents ThreeWill core values to partners and clients to continuously represent ThreeWill’s culture and values
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Experience with one or more of each of the following is highly desirable:
Productivity and Sales Applications
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel. PowerPoint)
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
Sales Process
- Experience with the application of Solution Selling to opportunities
- Experience with the application of Insight Selling with clients
Technology Exposure
- Experience with selling Microsoft Cloud and Productivity Solutions
- Experience with selling consulting services for custom business solutions that leverage agile delivery methodologies
Non-Technical Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent people skills and a strong work ethic
- Self-starter / self-managed with Professional Services sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with customers to proactively identify and shape opportunities
- Solicitation and elicitation of customer needs and requirements
- Selling, persuasion, and negotiation
- Commitment to quality and passion for client service and success.
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple work demands and deliver time-sensitive projects to deadline
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and five or more years of relevant experience is required. Alternatively, equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
