This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. You consent to exclusive
jurisdiction in courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, USA.
If any part of this agreement is found invalid, it will be replaced with a valid provision that
reflects the original intent, and the remainder will continue in effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ThreeWill regarding the
website. Printed versions of this agreement and electronic notices are admissible in legal
proceedings. The parties agree that this agreement is written in English.
