The Jive Insights utility is a free download that can provide you with the numbers you are interested in.
Jive Insights is a free utility you can use to learn more about your Jive environment. Our current release focuses on a high-level inventory of places and content items within your Jive instance. More features are on the horizon, so let us know what would be interesting to you!
It’s easy to use. You run the tool locally on your own machine.
You will need to provide the URL of your Jive instance and a local Jive account that has access to all Jive content. The Jive account will only be used to authenticate to Jive. The data retrieved from Jive will not be sent anywhere.
Then you can get an inventory of places and content. This only takes a few minutes to run. All data collected is stored locally on your machine in the same folder where Jive Insight runs.
Finally, you can export the data into a CSV if you want to share it with others. ThreeWill may ask you to provide the CSV if you want a quote from us on what it would take to migrate your Jive content to Microsoft 365.
