Nivedita is a Software Engineer at ThreeWill with over a decade of experience developing enterprise web applications and managing complex migration projects. She brings deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and has played a central role in helping organizations modernize their collaboration environments.

Nivedita has been a key contributor to ThreeWill’s Jive to Microsoft 365 migration practice, working on some of the firm’s largest and most complex client engagements. Her work spans the full migration lifecycle—from contributing in discovery workshops and planning sessions to managing production migrations and supporting post-launch remediation. She has also helped enhance and maintain internal migration tools, adding capabilities such as photo album support, content encryption, and metadata transformation to improve customer outcomes.
