Jon Brady has over 15 years of account management and sales experience in multiple fields. Jon has worked in home theater, home automation, automotive 12 volt and also the wheel and tire industry. In Jon’s last roll, he focused on training employees on the CES (customer experience strategy), which lead to a monumental increase in the company’s overall customer satisfaction rating. Jon has a passion for getting to know and understand his customer’s or client’s true needs. He always quotes Stephen Covey, “We need to listen to truly understand, not just listen to respond”.
Jon has always had a passion for technology, something that has led him to his current role today. He always wants to be on the cutting edge of what is new and exciting. Jon always has a strong understanding of what will help his client work more efficiently and what will help the client’s business thrive.
For fun, Jon likes to play golf, race at the track and he also enjoys carpentry. Most of all he loves spending time with his wife Erika and his identical twin girls.
