You’ll work with a dedicated team of professionals that guide you through both the technology and people side of your Intelligent Intranets deployment process with a proven record of success in real-world deployments.
Capture Requirements
An experienced and dedicated Intranet Deployment Specialist will work with stakeholders in your organization to capture key requirements for your intranet. These requirements will help define your initial Intelligent Intranet design, structure, and implementation plan.
Implementation
Based on your custom implementation plan, your new Intelligent Intranet will be deployed in your tenant with all the planned settings and permissions. Your Intranet Deployment Specialist will ensure that everything has been set up correctly, make any necessary updates or changes, and review the results with you.
Drive Adoption
Once your Intelligent Intranet has been implemented, work will begin to drive adoption. Your assigned Intranet Deployment Specialist will again work with stakeholders to begin transitioning old communication practices to modern methods that leverage your Intelligent Intranet. Instructional documentation is also incorporated in all your Intelligent Intranet’s templates.
No ongoing licensing Costs
Your new Intelligent Intranet is just that, yours. There are no ongoing licensing fees (beyond existing Microsoft 365 licensing), hidden costs, or gotchas. When your dedicated Intranet Deployment Specialist has completed gathering requirements, implementing your Intelligent Intranet, and driving adoption, you will have a fully functioning and scalable Intelligent Intranet with no strings attached.

After implementation is complete, documentation will be left behind reinforcing publishing instructions.
