Jim has managed both small and large-scale technical and business projects/programs across a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Insurance, Automotive Media, and Retail. His clients have included Cox Communications, Cox Automotive, AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Carter’s, Alcan Cable, Crawford & Company and ExxonMobil. Jim has proven to be a successful relationship builder with skill in creating multi-functional teams that successfully deliver in environments of ever-changing needs.

As a Principal Scrum Master at ThreeWill, Jim is focused on leading Agile delivery of projects for ThreeWill customers across all practice areas. When Jim is not at work, he enjoys swimming, coaching high school diving, caring for his rescued felines and spending his vacations at the beach.
