Non-Profit, Community Hospital with over 350 beds based in Georgia.

Situation

Customer was experiencing poor adoption and usage of their Hospital Intranet due to performance and other recurring issues reported by Users. The customer’s SharePoint System Administrators did not have the capacity and in-depth knowledge of SharePoint required to stabilize the Farm.

Solution

ThreeWill performed an architectural assessment of the SharePoint Farm and identified recommended improvements to the Farm. ThreeWill then worked with the customer System Administrators to implement changes to resolve all identified issues.  ThreeWill also provided training and mentoring to the customer’s SharePoint team.

Business Benefits

The customer’s SharePoint Farm was stabilized, eliminating the performance and functional issues being reported by Users. This also allowed development of a new Provide Workflow for the on-boarding of new Hospital Providers.

Office 365 SharePoint based Intranet Portal configured to support a video management system for employee training and to support the HR Onboarding process and related forms. Leveraging other capabilities of Office 365 to drive employee collaboration including Yammer as the focal point for establishing a Community and associated Groups for discussions, document collaboration, and sharing of knowledge and experiences.

Situation

Multiple business units within the company required their custom content to be provided to employees for access to dashboards, reports, and documents via an internal portal per business unit.

Solution

SharePoint based portal based on an intuitive file cabinet/file drawer/folder metaphor. Master layout for all business units including Messages, Events, Dashboards, Key Information, Reference Information, and Favorites provides efficiency for IT support. Active Directory based security trimming to present the appropriate business unit related content to the user.
